I called Pro Outdoor’s office and made an appointment for an estimator to come and see what I needed done. The work to be done was the complete overhaul and renovation of a 20 year old sprinkler and drip system. Josh showed right on time and I had a estimate in about an hour for the work to be done, measurements and all. A guy came the day before and all he did was look at the yard and guessed (?) it would be about $3500, no measurements, no asking what I wanted done in any detail. Pro Outdoor gave me a written estimate and a firm price for the work.
The crew that showed up knew exactly what was to be done and had the complete overhaul done in two days. These guys were machines and knew exactly what was needed.
