Professional organization.  Installation crew did exact what they needed to do without my supervision.  Excellent clean up of the area and very considerate.  I highly recommend this organization.

You know how working with service companies can be a pain, well that all changed when I talked to Josh.

He was courteous, gave me a quick evaluation on the phone with an estimate of charges and I pulled the trigger and got great service. AND he guaranteed the repair for 3 years.

I called Pro Outdoor’s office and made an appointment for an estimator to come and see what I needed done.  The work to be done was the complete overhaul and renovation of a 20 year old sprinkler and drip system.  Josh showed right on time and I had a estimate in about an hour for the work to be done, measurements and all.  A guy came the day before and all he did was look at the yard and guessed (?) it would be about $3500, no measurements, no asking what I wanted done in any detail.  Pro Outdoor gave me a written estimate and a firm price for the work.

The crew that showed up knew exactly what was to be done and had the complete overhaul done in two days.  These guys were machines and knew exactly what was needed.

This was one of three companies I received a bid from for replacement of my sprinkler system.  It wasn’t the lowest bid, but the person who gave us the bid (Matt) was the most professional of the people we met with, and took the most time to explain the work being proposed.  We hired them for the project.  They did the work on schedule, and the quality was excellent.  However, they failed to run drip lines to a few of our trees.  When we pointed out the issue, they acknowledged the problem and came out the same day to fix it.  That is what impressed us most.  Bottom line, they do what they say they’ll do, and they do it well.  They also are real easy to work with.  We intend to use them for other work as the need arises.

After sitting home for 3 days waiting for another guy to show to fix my flooded irrigation box I went on-line and called Pro Irrigation Services. (They have actually changed their name to “Luxe Outdoor Environments” recently.)

They came right at 8 AM the very next day.  The technician, Thomas, was smart, competent, friendly, polite.  He analyzed the problem, gave me several options, an accurate, reasonable quote and fixed the problem within about an hour.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company.  They also offer pool maintenance, outdoor lighting, concrete services and a few other things.  Small company, but from what I can see, they have it far more together than some of the other folks out there.

After my landscaping company had several failed attempts at various irrigation services that I needed, I called Luxe Outdoor Environments to fix the mistakes previously made and make some overall improvements to my system.  Pro Irrigation Services were expedient, professional and went the extra mile to deliver a system overhaul and repairs.  Not only that, they charged me much less than what my landscaping company wanted to charge.  I feel I got a better service, a better product and a new partner in the process.

I have used Luxe Outdoor Environments twice in the last three years to locate and repair irrigation leaks on my property.
